GENERAL INFORMATION & TERMS

• Vendor spaces are 20' x 20' (includes vehicle in space)
• Vendors must keep all merchandise and displays within their assigned space
• Load-in will start at 7:00am day of show
• Please be ready to open 15 minutes before gate time
• To protect the integrity of the motorcycle expo, you agree to stay set up until the show closes
• You agree to hold harmless Gary Michael and Odyssey Productions, their employees and agents, against any and all claims that may arise from participation in this/these motorcycle event(s)
• Purchase of vendor space represents an agreement to the terms above

ODYSSEY Productions is proud to announce our choice as Vendor Coordinator for NY City HOG 18th Annual Bikers Against Breast Cancer Run. This years post run rally will be held on Sunday June 5, 2011 at the Forest Park Bandshell, in Queens. There will be food, bike games, live music, raffles and more. In past years there has been no less than 500 bikes in this run and as many as 1000. Add the family members etc. who come by other means, and the radio sponsorship, and this could be a record year!

Help raise money for this great cause as well as yourself. Vendor spaces are 20' x 20' and cost only $100. Set up will begin at 7:00am. The ride is expected to reach the park at around Noon. Vendor space will be limited, so register soon.
